Mr. XUAN is a legal professional with extensive experience in employment-based U.S. immigration matters. He is highly knowledgeable in USCIS adjudicatory standards and specializes in building evidence-driven cases and preparing strategic, well-reasoned immigration filings.
His work emphasizes precise legal analysis, careful organization of supporting documentation, and persuasive presentation of eligibility under applicable statutes, regulations, and policy guidance. Drawing on a litigation-style analytical approach, Mr. XUAN is adept at identifying adjudicatory concerns, addressing evidentiary gaps, and articulating clear legal arguments aligned with how immigration officers evaluate extraordinary ability and discretionary factors.
Mr. XUAN earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he received advanced training in dispute resolution, arbitration, and legal advocacy. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Economic Law from East China University of Political Science and Law.
